Canada’s leader in certified organic luxury skincare launches a sleek new look

Toronto, Ontario, April 26, 2010 d’Avicenna Inc. launches today the new look for its certified organic skincare line, eaurganic. Luxury, beauty and nature come together in eaurganic skincare’s sleek new packaging and improved formulation.  The new packaging consists of a unique paper tube and is entirely designed and manufactured in Canada. 

eaurganic’s new look features a distinctive  turquoise palette symbolizing water and the purity of eaurganic’s formulations,  highlighted by subtle stylized floral designs inspired by the herbal and floral extracts and other certified organic ingredients which make up at least 95% of the products in the line.

President and Chief Chemist who developed the line. “With this new look we want to reflect the high end nature of our products and provide consumers an image that more closely matches our luxurious products, while keeping the same prices and making this luxury affordable. Eco-chic is not just a buzzword for us, it’s a reality we bring all our customers .”

 The eaurganic luxury line is green from product to packaging.  It includes advanced night treatments, day moisturizers, and cleansers, as well as soaps, shower gels, body lotions, body butters.  All products are certified organic and contain:

  • no parabens,
  • no petroleum-based ingredients
  • no silicone
  • no synthetic fragrance or colours
  • no DEA

 While eaurganic products are toxins-free and extremely gentle and safe for even the most sensitive skins, in response to concerns regarding the possible connection between phytoestrogens contained in some natural cosmetic ingredients and the recurrence of breast cancer, d’Avicenna has also reformulated its products to ensure their absolute safety.

 “The scientific research in the connection between phyto-estrogens and breast cancer is not conclusive,” says Kalantari, “however we are at the forefront of natural cosmetic formulation and are always on top all the latest developments and we decided to err on the side of caution to ensure consumer safety.”

 All eaurganic products are tested by dermatologists for irritation and they are not tested on animals.
